Glenda Taylor is a certified CNM Health Coach passionate about supporting people on their journey to better health.  With 25 years of corporate experience, Glenda has led, coached, and mentored men and women through different work and life-related challenges. She’s seen firsthand how stress and lifestyle factors can impact a person’s wellbeing.  

Through her health coaching practice, she educates, supports, and empowers her clients to make small, sustainable changes. Her individual, client-centric approach shines a light on what’s going on in your life, your mind, and your body to help you understand why you’re feeling the way you’re feeling and what you can do to start Living Your Best Life.
